Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Ugly Pet game ("the game") published by Fineod Oy, Finland ("we"). By installing or playing the game you agree to them. Google Play's own terms also apply to downloads and purchases made through Google Play.

Licence

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. The game, its artwork, sounds and code belong to Fineod Oy and its licensors.

Virtual items

Coins, Rot Gems, items, outfits and monsters in the game are virtual. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred outside the game. We may change or rebalance virtual items as the game is developed.

Purchases

If the game offers purchases with real money, they are made through Google Play and Google's refund policy applies. Consumer rights under the law of your country of residence are not affected by these terms.

Your progress

Game progress is stored only on your device. We are not able to restore progress lost because the game was uninstalled, its data was cleared, or the device was lost or replaced.

Acceptable use

Do not modify, cheat in, reverse engineer or redistribute the game, except as permitted by law.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
